Before Service

A.   We will call you when the truck is en route prior to our arrival. We will knock, stay 6-8 ft away, we will be in uniform, wearing gloves, and donning mandatory mask before entering your home.

When We Arrive

B.    Before entering your home, the techs will have notes taken during your scheduling call and will ask to be directed to the work area. We ask that you keep 6-8 feet away or more while we are working. When the techs are done with the inside, they will go outside to finish the exterior inspection.

After Service

C.    Once all the information of your service is completed your tech will complete the necessary paperwork and email the findings and photos to the email you provided us.

Report Review

D.   To maintain safe distancing, your technician will call you from our service truck to the phone number you provided and review with you your paperwork with findings photos and answer any questions you may have.

Payment

E.    In continuing with the safe distancing, we will need to put a credit card on file and this will be processed once the service is completed and your documents are ready to be emailed to you so your tech can over with you.
