Before Service

We will call you when the truck is en route to your home.

When We Arrive

When we arrive, we will knock and keep a safe distance. We will be in uniform, wearing gloves, and donning mandatory masks before entering your home. Before entering your home, the techs will reference the notes taken during your scheduling call and will ask to be directed to the work area. We ask that you keep a safe distance while we are working. When the techs are done with the inside, they will go outside to finish the exterior inspection.

After Service

Once all of the information of your service is completed, your tech will complete the necessary paperwork and email the findings and photos to the email you provided us.

Report Review

Continuing to practice safety, your technician will review your paperwork with findings photos with you. They will also answer any questions you may have from a safe distance.

Payment

We will need to put a credit card on file, and this will be processed once the service is completed and your documents are ready to be emailed to you for review.
